Authentication, Notarization & Certification

(i) We have been assisting thousands of national and international clients with recurring documents for ensuring one’s lawful existence/situation or for submission to the relevant foreign embassies in Cambodia, including but not limited to:

• Affidavits of one’s intent or consent;
• Notarization of translation;
• Certified true copy of one’s residency in Cambodia;
• Certified true copy of identification documents;

Labor & Immigration

Public law related projects

Our office, in association with SKY & Associates Law Group, and our key persons have been actively involved in drafting imminent regulations and providing consultations. We have also been assisting several ministries in conceptualizing and drafting public-private partnership agreements with the private sector, especially with the ministry of environment, the ministry of land management, urban planning and construction and the ministry of mines and energy. This includes providing advice on municipal waste management agreement and leases on state properties under management of ministries, addressing the form of the agreements, the authorities vested with powers to act and execute on behalf of the ministries and other key questions relating to the validity and enforce-ability of these agreements.

On top of the above, our office, again in association with SKY & Associates Law Group, served as the main legal panel for drafting environmental code of the Kingdom of Cambodia, where our office assisted the ministry with sophisticated legal issues including but not limited to conflicting competencies of ministries and institutions, public and private properties within the context of environmental conservation, accountabilities of national and sub-national administrations for sustainable development and other environmental issues.

Taxation Law and Regulations

We have been advising clients on several legal matters relating to taxation, both specific transactional taxation and project-based taxation, including but not limited to general advises on taxes applicable to case of transfer of business as a going concern, transfer of assets, applicability of value-added tax and withholding tax, property tax, preparation for capital gain tax.

On top of the above our office and key persons have been involved in several taxation law and regulations training tailored for small and medium enterprises in Cambodia in association with entrepreneur associations since 2019.

Keeping and Preservation under Custody of Document and Other legal services

We accept the keeping and preservation under custody of documents and assist our clients for some specific licenses, permits, approval from ministries and relevant institutions. We also provide all legal services which are required by clients.
