On top of the above full-services, we have also played crucial roles in assisting disputed real estate developers with their clients, banks and other concerned parties to reach peaceful settlement with a fair and balanced solution within the dispute resolution mechanism as led by the Ministry of Land Management, Urban Planning and Construction of Cambodia (the MLMUPC). We are particularly proud to see dozens of such disputed real estate development projects have reached peaceful, win-win settlement under the mechanism as led by the MLMUPC with legitimate interests of all concerned parties being duly protected, while legal compliance principle and legal accountability being fairly upheld and applied. Such pacific dispute resolution mechanism has made tremendous positive impacts on not only concerned parties, but also the real estate sector as a whole which has been a the point of gradual recovery after recent global downturn.
