Kimsour is a founder and partner to S.K.Y Notary Public of the Kingdom of Cambodia. Kimsour has approximately 10 years’ experience in real estate and corporate sector with local and international clients. Her areas of expertise include corporate and commercial, taxation, project finance transaction, loan, real estate, land transaction, construction, co-owned buildings, family, succession and due diligence. She used to work with the SCP Jean-Pierre PROHASZKA, Lionel MONJEAUD, Cédric PRETET, Benjamin DUMONTET- Marion PIERSON et Nicolas LEMENEUR, Notaires associés, a well-known Notary Office in Lyon, France and obtained various knowledge and experience from French notaries. She is proficient in Khmer, English, French and Chinese.

Sengthai is a founder and partner to S.K.Y Notary Public of the Kingdom of Cambodia. He has extensive experience in advising local and international clients in various sectors such as real estate development and management, construction, sale-purchase, hypothec, lease, land due diligence, family, succession, business and taxation. He used to work with SCP DELESALLE, DEPONDT, ARSEGUEL-MEUNIER, GALLIEZ, DELESALLE, Notaires Associés, a reputational notary firm in Paris and acquired tremendous experience and knowledge from well-known French notaries. He lectures private law at Cambodian universities including the Royal University of Law and Economics. He speaks Khmer, English and French.

Sokprapey’s career as legal practitioner has started from 2010, with areas of practice focusing on commercial sectors in general. He has been well immersed in the drafting of commercial contract and other types of contract in general, including without limitation to business cooperation agreement, joint-venture agreement, shareholder agreement, share sale-purchase agreement, construction agreement, land sale-purchase agreement, long-term lease agreement and loan agreement. He also has extensive experience in compliance checking and advisory for business and taxation matters, including without limitation to licensing, corporate documentation and general taxation compliance for corporate. Furthermore, he also has experience in legal due diligence process for M&A and IPO. Additionally, he has also been actively involved with crowdfunding sector, where he has been engaging in the licensing process therefore, so well as developing corporate structure for such type of business. Sokprapey also has experience in litigations in commercial, civil and criminal cases. In addition, he has broad experience in lecturing of public and commercial law at several universities in Cambodia since early 2012.
Sokprapey graduated from the Royal University of Law and Economics in 2008, majoring private law; then he obtained in the same year prestigious scholarship namely “la Bourse d’Excellence Eiffel” to pursue master degree in public law at Lumière Lyon2 University, France, whereby he has obtained two masters of public law, being public contract law on the one hand, and general public law on the other hand, both in 2011. He has also successfully passed tax agent exam of the General Department of Taxation of the Ministry of Economy and Finance. He has been admitted to the Bar Association of Cambodia in 2017. Sokprapey speaks Khmer, English and French proficiently.
